Terms of Service

**These terms of service govern your use of mangosteenexporter.com, a fresh Indonesian mangosteen (manggis) export information and sourcing desk published by Juara Holding Group and operated as a concierge by Bali Premium Trip. By using this site you accept these terms. Everything shown here is informational: prices are indicative, not a contract, and every quote depends on grade, size, season and destination.**

These terms are current as of 2026 and may change without prior notice. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

Who publishes and operates this website?

Mangosteenexporter.com is published by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. Day-to-day quoting, buyer communication and order coordination run through Bali Premium Trip, an independent concierge and sourcing desk.

Bali Premium Trip is not the fruit owner, orchard, packhouse or licensed exporter. We are a broker and coordinator. Actual harvesting, packhouse processing, phytosanitary handling and shipping are arranged through vetted, licensed Indonesian partners — registered orchards, OKKPD-approved packhouses and export agents. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or customs adviser, and nothing on this site is professional advice.

What do these terms cover, and when do they apply?

These terms apply every time you browse the site, read a page, submit the enquiry form, or contact us via WhatsApp or email. They cover:

  • The informational nature of all content, pricing and specifications.
  • How enquiries become quotes, and how quotes become orders.
  • The risks tied to perishable agricultural goods.
  • How we handle personal data.
  • The limits of our liability and the law that governs any dispute.

Is the pricing on this site a binding offer?

No. All prices published on mangosteenexporter.com are indicative FOB reference bands as of 2026, provided to help buyers plan. They are not offers, not price lists, and not contracts. Mangosteen is a seasonal, perishable crop, so real numbers move with harvest volume, grade, size, cosmetic quality and destination.

The canonical FOB reference bands we work from are:

Grade Fruit count (approx.) Indicative FOB (as of 2026)
FAQ / lower grade 15–20 fruit per kg USD 1.5–2.5 / kg
Standard export (Grade A) 12–15 fruit per kg USD 2.2–3.0 / kg
Premium / Super (large, blemish-free, China protocol) ~10 fruit per kg USD 2.8–3.8 / kg

The working range is roughly USD 2–3.5/kg FOB, with rare premium lots reaching about USD 4/kg. China wholesale landed prices run higher than these figures and are not our FOB quote. A firm price only exists once we issue a written quotation confirming grade, size, destination, MOQ and shipping terms, and it becomes binding only when both parties sign a sales contract.

How do enquiries become quotes and orders?

Nothing on this site is an automated booking. The flow is human and confirmed at each step:

  1. You send an enquiry through the on-site form, WhatsApp (+62 811 2859 0000) or email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com), telling us grade, target volume, destination and timing.
  2. We respond, typically within a 24-working-hour service window, with an indicative quote and current availability.
  3. When details are agreed, we issue a written quotation and, where an order proceeds, a sales contract setting out price, quantity, Incoterms, payment terms, inspection and documents.
  4. An order is confirmed only when that contract is signed and any agreed deposit is received.

Typical minimum order quantity is 1–3 metric tonnes, scaling to a reefer container of roughly 10–25 MT, packed in 5/8/10 kg export cartons. These parameters are indicative and confirmed per contract.

What are the risks with perishable goods?

Mangosteen is a living, perishable product. Even with cold-chain handling from farm through pre-cooling to destination ports, natural variation in ripeness, latex staining, brix and cosmetic condition is unavoidable. You accept the following as a condition of dealing with us:

  • We describe quality (brix, size, OPTK-free status) only from documented batch inspection or a COA. We do not guarantee results for unshipped or unispected fruit.
  • We do not guarantee that any shipment will pass China’s GACC protocol, quarantine, phytosanitary clearance or customs at destination. Compliance depends on registered orchards and packhouses, Barantan verification, the importing authority and factors outside our control.
  • Delays, spoilage or losses caused by weather, harvest failure, logistics disruption, port congestion, inspection holds, regulatory change or other force majeure events are not our liability.

How do we handle your personal data?

When you contact us we collect only what we need to respond — typically your name, email, destination and cargo details, and message. We process this under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022), and for international buyers we also handle data with awareness of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What are the limits of our liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Juara Holding Group and Bali Premium Trip are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its indicative information. We make no guarantee of any commercial outcome, profit, clearance or delivery result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the specific contracted transaction between us, if any.
