**This disclaimer sets the limits of what Mangosteen Exporter promises. Every FOB price here is indicative for 2026 and moves with harvest (panen), grade and season. We operate as a concierge and broker through Bali Premium Trip — not the orchard owner, not a licensed financial or legal adviser — and we never guarantee that any shipment clears China’s GACC protocol, quarantine, phytosanitary checks or customs.**
Please read this page before you act on anything published on mangosteenexporter.com. It governs how you use the site, how our figures should be read, and how we handle your data.
Who operates Mangosteen Exporter, and in what capacity?
Mangosteen Exporter is a sourcing and trade-facilitation brand. Day-to-day enquiries, quotes and coordination are handled by the Bali Premium Trip desk, acting as a concierge and broker. Mangosteen Exporter is part of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015.
We connect buyers with registered orchards (kebun), OKKPD-registered packhouses and licensed logistics and export partners. We are not the owner of the fruit, the orchard or the reefer container unless a specific written contract says so. We are also not a licensed financial, legal, tax or customs-clearance adviser. Where we describe protocol, documents or pricing, treat it as commercial orientation — not professional advice you can rely on in place of your own counsel or the relevant authority.
| What we do | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Source manggis, arrange grading, coordinate cold chain | Own orchards or fruit unless contracted in writing |
| Introduce OKKPD packhouses and licensed exporters | Act as your customs broker or quarantine authority |
| Share indicative FOB ranges and season windows | Guarantee GACC, quarantine or customs clearance |
| Relay documents (COO, packing list, phytosanitary) | Provide legal, tax or financial advice |
Are the FOB prices on this site a firm quote?
No. Every price we publish is an indicative FOB figure as of 2026 and moves with panen, grade, size and season. Fresh mangosteen is perishable and re-prices constantly, so nothing on this site forms a contract or a locked rate.
| Grade | Fruit count | Indicative FOB (per 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| FAQ / lower grade | 15-20 fruit/kg | USD 1.5-2.5 /kg |
| Standard export grade A | ~12-15 fruit/kg | USD 2.2-3.0 /kg |
| Premium / Super | ~10 fruit/kg | USD 2.8-3.8 /kg (rare lots near USD 4) |
The working range sits around USD 2-3.5/kg FOB. China wholesale landed prices run higher and are not our FOB quote. A binding price exists only once we confirm grade, size, destination and MOQ in writing on a proforma invoice. Figures are indicative, not a contract, and are subject to change.
Do you guarantee our shipment passes China’s GACC protocol?
No, and we will never claim otherwise. Mangosteen bound for China must come from orchards registered with Barantan (Badan Karantina Pertanian) and GACC that run SOP, GAP and IPM, be processed at a packhouse registered by OKKPP or OKKPD, and carry a phytosanitary certificate showing it is free from target pests (fruit flies, mealybugs, ants and mites) with no rotten or cracked fruit. Under China’s GACC Decree 248 (in force since 1 January 2022), facilities must also be registered through the CIFER system, and since 5 September 2024 overseas exporters apply via a GACC-authorised Chinese agent.
Whether a specific consignment clears depends on the exporter of record, the competent authorities (Barantan, BPOM, GACC) and inspectors at the time of shipment, plus the actual condition of the batch. Those outcomes are outside our control. We help you prepare and present the paperwork; we cannot promise the result.
What about quality claims like brix, size or OPTK-free status?
We state measurable quality claims — brix, size uniformity, OPTK-free condition — only when they come from a documented batch inspection or a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that lot. General descriptions on our marketing and money pages describe typical characteristics of Indonesian manggis and are not warranties for any specific container. If a figure is not tied to a named inspection or COA, do not treat it as a guaranteed specification.
How do you handle personal data (UU PDP and GDPR)?
We process only the data you choose to send us — typically your name, email, WhatsApp number, destination, cargo details and message — submitted through our quote form, WhatsApp or email. We use it to prepare quotes, coordinate shipments and reply to you. We do not sell your data.
- Indonesia (UU PDP): We handle personal data consistent with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP). We collect only what a quote or shipment reasonably needs, keep it for as long as the commercial relationship and legal record-keeping require, and act as controller for enquiries you send us.
- International visitors (GDPR awareness): If you contact us from the EU or UK, we recognise the GDPR principles of lawful basis, data minimisation and purpose limitation. Our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding. You may ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent, or object to its use, by emailing us.
- Security and transfers: Enquiries move through WhatsApp and email, so your data may be processed on servers outside Indonesia under those providers’ own terms. Never send passwords, card numbers or bank credentials through these channels — we will never ask for them on this site.
To exercise any data right, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com with your request and we will respond within our 24-working-hour service window.
What are the limits of our liability?
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Mangosteen Exporter, Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on information published here, including lost profit, spoilage after risk has transferred under the agreed Incoterms, rejection or delay at destination, currency movement, or force majeure such as weather, crop failure, port disruption or regulatory change. Any liability we do accept is governed solely by the signed sales contract for a given order, not by this website. Third-party sites we link to are outside our control and outside our responsibility.
How do bookings, quotes and payments work?
Quotes stay indicative until we confirm them in writing. A firm order is governed by a separate proforma invoice or sales contract that sets out the grade, MOQ (typically 1-3 MT scaling to a reefer container of roughly 10-25 MT), Incoterms, payment terms, documents and timelines. Season also matters: Indonesia’s national harvest runs November to March and varies by region across Jabar, Sumbar, Sumut and Bali, so availability and lead times shift with the calendar. We never process payments on this website and never request card or bank credentials here; all settlement happens through the terms named in your contract.
